Depending on what level of Maintenance cover you require the SLA’s range from:
Bronze Level – Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
Silver Level – Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm
Gold Level – 24/7/365
All Service Level Agreements have a 4-hour response time from when the customer logs a fault. This is done by logging onto the system remotely. If we need to attend site to rectify the fault this will be done within 24 hours.
Public and Bank holidays are excluded from our contracts.
