Back to servicesGary has maintained the Siemens Realitis DX system for our 225-bedroom Burleigh Court Hotel and Conference Centre for over 20 years. Gary is always on the other end of the phone and ready to assist with all arising issues, faults and customer requests. Nothing is too much trouble. Gary is always there to offer advice on all situations and this is key for us as a hotel group as we have a lot of high-profile guests that continually have a lot of last-minute requests which Gary takes care of immediately. This very much puts us as a full-service hotel at ease. Most Recently Gary has continued to be tremendous and a real asset to us during the COVID Pandemic. There has been a lot of diverts, switching systems around and this even weekly. Gary has completed this without any hesitation. Imago Venues is very lucky to have a partnership with HQT. HQT certainly makes our business day so much better!

I worked with HQT for a number of years and have always found the company to be professional and reliable. HQT provided and installed the Unify Openscape Business phone system, which included several lines, in our office move and the transition was perfect. We now use HQT for all our telephone and internet needs as the response times when there is a problem are immediate and efficient.

A number of years ago we were left very much in the lurch when we had a fault on our PABX telephone system only to find that our previous company would not be maintaining our equipment any longer. I then had to go through the process of finding another reputable company who I could trust, the first phone call I made was to High Quality Communications and spoke to Gary Varley who reassured me they could offer the full package on our equipment he told me they carried a full range of spares and would be able to come the next day to repair it, so I invited Gary to come along to the Metro which he did, the faulty equipment was repaired without any fuss so that was the start of our working relationship High Quality Communications, we now have a annual maintenance contract with them. They dial into our system regularly to keep a check and we have any issue’s they are there to repair as soon as possible. Since HQT have been with us they have upgraded our PABX to the latest version, installed new systems as our depot has expanded, supplied equipment offered advice as needed and been available for on site meetings as required, I would have no trouble recommending High Quality Communications to any firm they can certainly be trusted to carry out work to the highest standard.

HQT LTD installed an Avaya IP Office telephone system for our market research agency in 2016, it has worked faultlessly during that time.
The response times to any programming requests is excellent, especially during COVID when the team at HQT setup remote working for our staff.
Call management, routing and making changes to the ways outbound and inbound calls are handle is all straightforward via an administration portal.
We would be happy to use HQT in the future.
